Narendra Mangra is an independent multi-disciplinary mobile wireless telecommunications advisor, consultant and educator with over 20 years of experience. He has led the development of wireless planning strategies, terrestrial and satellite network deployment and operational excellence initiatives through a distinct blend of business and technical acumen.
